“Un gallo con muchos huevos” is a 3D Mexican computer animated film which was written and directed by Gabriel Riva Palacio Alatriste. The film was released on 20 August 2015 in Mexico in regular and 3D theaters. Pantelion Films released it in the United States on 4th of September 2015 at around 400 theaters across the country.

This is the first time a Mexican animated film has received wide release distribution in the United States. Gabriel Riva Palacio Alatriste, the director of this film, is very happy about it. He said in an interview, “We’ve very pleased about the quality we achieved. Being able to debut the movie in Hollywood, is a dream come true.”

The main role of this film is ‘Toto’. Toto was born the runt of the litter. But, when an evil rancher threatens to destroy his home and his family, Tot must go from a timid young “chicken” to have a brave and scrappy rooster. Tot and his friends must band together on an egg-citing adventure that will prove that big surprises can come from littler packages.

In Mexico, this film has earned $3,380,642 on the first day. It is expected this film will earn more as there are many positive comments about the film.
