USA / Trump’s closest people!
Here’s a look at the people in and around the White House, the biggest supporters of President Donald Trump.
The Trump Family
Donald Trump gets a lot of his support from his large family, many of whom are closely involved in his administration. His daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared Kushner are a critical part of his administration. They are said to be Trump’s closest advisers. His son Donald Jr was in the middle of a controversy recently, but he remains an important advisor as well. Trump is very loyal to his family.
Also a part of this inner circle or the extended Trump family are close advisors such as, Anthony Scaramucci the newly appointed communications director, former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski, the famous Kellyanne Conway and Hope Hicks, the director of strategic communications.
Trump is known to favor military men, businessmen and people who are not traditional politicians. His new chief of staff John Kelly, a former Marine Corps general, holds a lot of influence over his. Other military officers such as General James Mattis (defence secretary) and General HR McMaster (national security adviser) play a big role. Former ExxonMobil chief, Rex Tillerson is another important member of the team.
The Republican Party establishment is no longer such an important part of the Trump White House. Sean Spicer had to leave his job as Press Secretary last week and Richard Priebus left his position as Chief of Staff. Trump does not trust other members of the Establishment such as the House of Representatives speaker, Paul Ryan, and Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell.
The Alt-Right is the real power behind President Trump. They are the ones who have made him the leader of the world’s richest and most powerful nation. They are led by Trump’s chief strategist, Steve Bannon. Bannon is a true patriot and a very smart man. But there has been constant tension between Bannon and the other wings of the president’s administration.
Bannon has a long running feud with Kushner, who he calls a “globalist cuck”. The new Communications Director Scaramucci has come out with very insulting comments against Bannon. Other members of the Alt-Right who have significant power over the President are Trump’s policy adviser and speechwriter Stephen Miller, who Trump calls a genius and adviser Sebastian Gorka.
This wing of the Trump White House has been angry recently because of the way the President has treated his attorney general, Jeff Sessions. Sessions is very much respected by Bannon and others of the Alt-Right ideology.
Trump supporting media is represented by the right wing movement which is led by Breitbart News, which was once controlled by Bannon. Breitbart News is highly influential and it has the power to make or break this administration. They have an army of supporters across the country, especially in the Red States, who can be called upon to support Trump whenever needed. While they support Trump, they can also be very critical of him if he does anything that is not to their liking.
